Does a link that fails use a credit?+
No. One credit is one finished product with a photo. A link that fails, or a product with no usable photo, costs nothing.
What if I need more than my plan?+
The app tells you before a batch that would not fit, and we add a top-up the same day at your plan's own rate, invoiced with the month. Top-ups never expire.
Is there a daily limit?+
Yes: 60, 200 or 600 products a day, by plan, so a pasted mistake never spends a month in an afternoon. We raise it for a day if you ask.
How am I billed?+
Monthly, in US dollars, by invoice. The allowance refills on the 1st and does not roll over. Cancel any time by telling us.
Can I try it before I commit?+
Yes. Send two or three of your own supplier links with your request and we send back exactly what comes out, free.
What does an AI photo fix cost?+
Half a credit a photo at Fast speed, a quarter at Economy, and only when the new photo passes the checks and you keep it. White backgrounds are free.
